Mouse anti-Bovine CD32 antibody, clone CCG39, recognizes the bovine homologue of human CD32. CD32 is one of a group of Fc receptors belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily and is involved in phagocytosis of opsonized microbes.
Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the immunoglobulin Fc receptor family found on the surface of many immune response cells. The encoded protein is a cell surface receptor on phagocytic cells such as macrophages and neutrophils, playing a role in phagocytosis and clearance of immune complexes. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
