Target Information
CDK2/cyclinO는 CyclinO와 복합체를 형성하는 cyclin-dependent protein kinase 계열에 속합니다. CyclinO는 UNG 유전자에 의해 핵 내에서만 발현되며, uracil-DNA glycosylase 활성을 갖는 것으로 보고되었습니다. CDK2/cyclinO 단백질 수준은 G1 단계에서 증가하며 세포 주기 동안 변동합니다. Cyclin A-cdk2 복합체는 G1/S 전환 시 최대 수준에 도달하며 DNA 복제 개시 복합체에 결합되어 있습니다. Rb 단백질은 세포 내에서 cdk2-cyclin E 및/또는 cdk2-cyclin A의 기질로 작용합니다. Cdk2는 G1 후반, S, G2 단계에서 활성화되어 핵으로 특이적으로 위치합니다.
