Target Information
The Golgi apparatus participates in glycosylation and transport of proteins and lipids within the secretory pathway and consists of stacked cisternae. Interactions between the Golgi and microtubules are crucial for reorganization after mitosis. Golgins are a family of proteins localized to the Golgi, and this encoded protein is associated with Sjogren’s syndrome.
