Target Information
TRIM9은 tripartite motif (TRIM) 패밀리에 속하는 단백질로, RING, B-box type 1, B-box type 2의 세 가지 zinc-binding 도메인과 coiled-coil 영역을 포함하는 TRIM 모티프를 가집니다. 이 단백질은 세포질 내 소체(cytoplasmic bodies)에 위치하며, 기능은 아직 명확히 규명되지 않았습니다. 대체 스플라이싱에 의해 서로 다른 아이소폼을 암호화하는 두 가지 전사 변이체가 생성됩니다.
