The PureLink™ HiPure Expi Plasmid Megaprep Kit enables isolation of the highest levels of transfection-grade plasmid DNA from a single E.coli mega prep using an enhanced anion exchange resin. The PureLink™ HiPure Plasmid Megaprep Kit also includes vacuum filtration columns that provide bacterial filtration without centrifugation, enabling extremely fast process times. The PureLink™ HiPure Expi Plasmid Megaprep Kit typically isolates 4 mg of high quality, ultrapure plasmid DNA with inherently low endotoxin levels from 500 mL of bacterial culture.

The enhanced resin combines large capacity with fast flow rate, high resolution, and efficient endotoxin removal. Plasmid preparations are typically completed in less than 2 hours with purity equal to two CsCl gradients. PureLink™ HiPure Expi plasmid purification kits enable the quickest process for obtaining the highest amount of transfection-grade plasmid DNA.
