Target Information
Bcl-6 proto-oncogene product는 Kruppel-type zinc-finger protein으로, 주로 정상 germinal center B 세포 및 관련 림프종에서 발현됩니다.
Bcl-6은 비호지킨 림프종의 3q27 염색체 재배열에 관여하며, 약 33–45%의 미만성 대형 B세포 림프종에서 Bcl-6 재배열이 검출됩니다.
면역조직화학적으로는 follicular lymphoma, diffuse large B cell lymphoma, Burkitt’s lymphoma, nodular lymphocyte predominant Hodgkin’s disease 등에서 검출됩니다.
