Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The p95 gene (identical to NBS1 and nibrin) is part of the hMre11/hRad50 double-strand break complex. This complex is associated with Nijmegen breakage syndrome, an autosomal recessive disorder characterized by increased cancer risk, cell cycle checkpoint deficits, and ionizing radiation sensitivity. It provides a molecular link between double-strand break repair and cell cycle checkpoint functions.
