Product #31834 has been successfully used in Western blot, IF, ICC, IHC, and ISH applications.
This antibody reacts with heavy chains of rat IgG and with light chains common to most rat immunoglobulins.

Based on solid-phase enzyme immunoassay, this antibody cross-reacts as follows:

• Hamster IgG (25%)
• Mouse IgM, Rat IgM (12%)
• Bovine IgG, Horse IgG, Mouse IgG (6%)
• Guinea pig IgG, Swine IgG (3%)
• Bovine IgM, Cat IgG, Dog IgG, Dog IgM, Goat IgG, Sheep IgG (1%)

It has minimal cross-reactivity with immunoglobulins from other species.
The activity measured by solid-phase binding assay is 94%.

To extend shelf life, add an equal volume of glycerol to reach ~50% final concentration and store at -20°C.
