Product Specific Information
- For immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 10–20 minutes, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Biotin (Vitamin B7 or Vitamin H) is a water-soluble B complex vitamin required by all organisms. It can only be synthesized by bacteria, yeasts, molds, algae, and some plants. Biotin participates in carbon dioxide incorporation into organic compounds and has a molecular weight of approximately 244 Da.
