Target Information
E2F 전사인자(E2F transcription factors)는 Rb p110, p107, p130과 결합하여 기능적으로 조절됩니다. E2F-4는 Rb p110과의 복합체 형성을 통해 조절되며, DP 단백질과의 이합체 형태로 DNA에 결합합니다. 차등 인산화는 E2F-4의 미세이질성에 기여합니다 (총 아미노산 잔기 411–416, 삼염기 반복에 따라 변동).
