Target Information
The nonstructural protein 3 (nsp3) is one of the SARS-Coronavirus replicase cleaving products, encoded by ORF1a. Nsp3 is thought to be part of the viral replication complex, which is associated with intracellular membranes. Nsp3 contains a papain-like cysteine proteinase and ADP-ribose-1'-monophosphatase activities.
