Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직의 염색을 위해서는 10 mM Tris, 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후, 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 과정을 권장합니다.
Target Information
MAGEA4는 MAGEA 유전자 패밀리에 속하는 단백질로, 이 패밀리의 구성원들은 서로 50~80%의 서열 동일성을 보입니다. MAGEA 유전자의 프로모터와 첫 번째 엑손은 상당한 다양성을 보이며, 이는 동일한 기능이 다양한 전사 조절 하에서 발현될 수 있도록 합니다. MAGEA 유전자들은 염색체 Xq28 위치에 클러스터되어 있으며, 일부 유전 질환(예: dyskeratosis congenita)과 관련이 있는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
