Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

ELOF1 (Transcription elongation factor 1 homolog) is an 83-amino-acid nuclear protein involved in maintaining proper chromatin structure in actively transcribed regions.
The ELOF1 gene is located on human chromosome 19, which contains approximately 1,400 genes and exhibits the highest gene density among human chromosomes. It includes members of the immunoglobulin superfamily such as killer cell and leukocyte Ig-like receptors, ICAMs, CEACAM, PSG family, and Fc receptors.
