For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Rhes, also known as tumor endothelial marker 2 (TEM2), is a small GTP-binding protein predominantly expressed in the striatal region of the brain. It belongs to the RASD subfamily of Ras-related GTP-binding proteins and plays a role in brain development and function.
Mice lacking this gene exhibit increased anxiety and motor coordination deficits. Rhes (TEM2) was identified as a gene upregulated in tumor endothelium. These tumor endothelial markers are significantly upregulated during angiogenesis and neoangiogenesis, processes essential for solid tumor growth.
TEMs localized on the cell surface and conserved across species are of particular interest for anti-angiogenic therapy development.
