- In direct ELISAs, less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human SOX1, SOX2, SOX3, SOX5, SOX6, SOX7, SOX9, SOX10, SOX12, SOX14, SOX15, SOX17, and SOX21 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
This intronless gene encodes a member of the SOX family of transcription factors involved in the regulation of embryonic development and in the determination of cell fate. The encoded protein may act as a transcriptional regulator after forming a protein complex with other proteins. It may function in the developing nervous system and play a role in tumorigenesis.
