PA1-16913 is specific for the ~106 kDa membrane form of ApoER2 protein.
A larger ~130 kDa band may also be observed (glycosylated form).
Suggested positive control: mouse brain membrane preparation.

It functions in guiding neurons during embryonic brain development and regulating synaptic signaling.
