Target Information
CtBP1 유전자는 adenovirus E1A 단백질의 C-말단에 결합하는 단백질을 암호화합니다. 이 인산화 단백질은 전사 억제자로 작용하며 세포 증식 과정에 관여할 수 있습니다. CtBP1과 CtBP2 단백질은 이합체를 형성할 수 있으며, 발달 중 유전자 발현 조절에 관여하는 polycomb group 단백질 복합체와도 상호작용합니다. 대체 스플라이싱으로 여러 전사체 변형이 생성됩니다.
