Target Information
STAT5는 사이토카인 및 성장인자 신호에 반응하는 전사인자 STAT 패밀리의 구성원입니다.
수용체 관련 키나아제에 의해 인산화된 후 호모 또는 헤테로다이머를 형성하여 핵으로 이동, 전사 활성화 기능을 수행합니다.
IL-2, IL-3, IL-7, GM-CSF, 에리트로포이에틴, 트롬보포이에틴, 성장호르몬 등 다양한 리간드에 의해 활성화되며,
TEL/JAK2 유전자 융합이 있는 골수종 및 림프종에서 세포 자극과 무관하게 활성화되어 종양형성에 필수적인 역할을 합니다.
마우스 STAT5는 BCL2L1/BCL-X(L) 발현을 유도하여 항아폽토시스 기능을 나타냅니다.
