Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the dual specificity protein phosphatase family. It acts as a cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor and interacts with CDK2 kinase, dephosphorylating and preventing its activation. CDKN3 has been reported to be deleted, mutated, or overexpressed in several cancers. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
