SLA2는 T-cell receptor (TCR) 신호 전달을 음성 조절하는 어댑터 단백질입니다. T-cell 항원 수용체에 의해 유도되는 nuclear factor of activated T-cells의 활성화를 억제하며, ZAP70과 CBL 같은 신호 단백질을 연결하여 CBL 의존적 분해를 유도할 수 있습니다.
