이 항체는 사람, 생쥐, 토끼, 쥐 IgG 및 비면역 염소 혈청에 대해 교차 흡착되어 비특이적 결합을 최소화합니다.
교차 흡착 과정은 항체의 특이성을 높이고 배경 신호를 줄이는 정제 단계로, 다중 형광 염색 실험에서 높은 신뢰성을 제공합니다.
사용 전 단백질 용액을 원심분리하여 상등액만 사용하면 저장 중 형성된 단백질 응집체를 제거할 수 있습니다.
적절한 희석 배율은 실험 조건에 따라 경험적으로 결정해야 합니다.
특이성: 염소 IgG의 heavy chain과 모든 염소 면역글로불린의 light chain에 결합하며, 비면역 염소 혈청 단백질이나 사람, 생쥐, 토끼, 쥐 IgG에는 결합하지 않습니다.
