- Immunohistochemistry (PFA-fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Citrate Buffer (pH 6.0)에서 10–20분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.

Ferritin은 세포 내 주요 철 저장 단백질로, heavy chain과 light chain의 24개 소단위로 구성됩니다. Ferritin light chain(Ferritin, Light Chain; FTL) 유전자는 철의 저장과 방출 조절에 관여하며, 결함 시 신경퇴행성 질환 및 hyperferritinemia-cataract syndrome과 관련이 있습니다. 이 유전자는 다수의 pseudogene을 가지고 있습니다.
