Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to reach a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
HDAC6 is responsible for deacetylation of lysine residues on histones H2A, H2B, H3, and H4, contributing to epigenetic repression. It plays a key role in transcriptional regulation, cell cycle progression, and development. HDAC6 also regulates microtubule-dependent cell motility through tubulin deacetylation.
