Target Information
NOV (CCN3)은 분비형 시스테인 풍부 조절 단백질(CCN family)의 일원으로, 네 개의 구조적 도메인을 포함하며 각각 상반된 생물학적 기능을 가집니다.
NOV의 발현 증가는 일부 종양(예: Wilm’s tumor, nephroblastoma)에서 관찰되며, 반대로 다른 종양에서는 발현 감소가 종양성 증가와 관련됩니다.
또한 NOV는 특정 세포 표면 인테그린과 결합하여 세포 부착 및 이동을 유도하고, heparin sulfate proteoglycan 및 fibulin 1C와 결합합니다.
