Target Information
FPR1(Formyl Peptide Receptor 1)는 주로 백혈구, 호중구 및 단핵구에 발현되는 케모어트랙턴트/케모카인 G 단백질 결합 수용체(GPCR) 계열의 일원입니다.
이 수용체는 세균에 의해 생성된 포밀화 펩타이드를 결합하여 염증 부위로의 백혈구 이동을 유도합니다.
리간드 결합은 포스포리파제 C 활성화, 칼슘 이동, 단백질 키나제 C(PKC) 활성화 등을 유발하며, 세포골격 극성화, 인테그린 활성화, 세포 이동성 증가, 식세포작용, 과립 방출 및 활성 산소 생성 등의 반응에 관여합니다.
