Target Information
POLR2I는 RNA polymerase II의 소단위로, 진핵세포에서 mRNA를 합성하는 효소 복합체의 일부입니다. 이 단백질은 두 개의 다른 소단위와 함께 DNA 결합 도메인을 형성하여 DNA 주형이 RNA로 전사되는 홈(groove)을 구성합니다. POLR2I는 보존된 시스테인 잔기를 포함한 두 개의 zinc finger 모티프를 가지며, 아연 결합 활성을 나타냅니다. 서로 다른 두 항체를 사용한 Western blot 분석에서 동일한 분자량의 밴드를 확인하였습니다.
