Target Information

Anti-Chicken secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for chicken immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target proteins.
Secondary antibodies enable use of various detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and provide enhanced sensitivity through signal amplification. Typically, these antibodies are produced by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, conjugation) to achieve high specificity.
