Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
In yeast, over 200 protein and RNA cofactors are required for ribosome assembly, which are conserved in eukaryotes. These factors guide modification and cleavage of the 35S precursor rRNA into mature 18S, 5.8S, and 25S rRNAs, as well as rRNA folding and ribosomal protein binding. Nob1 is involved in pre-rRNA processing and cleaves the 20S rRNA intermediate at site D to produce the mature 18S rRNA.
