Target Information
이 단백질은 번역 개시 인자 eIF4E의 핵-세포질 셔틀 단백질로, importin alpha-beta 복합체와 상호작용하여 eIF4E의 핵 내 수입을 매개합니다. 주로 세포질에 존재하며, 자체 핵 수입은 핵 위치 신호(NLS)와 핵 수출 신호(NES)에 의해 조절됩니다. 다양한 전사체 변이로 여러 isoform이 생성됩니다.
