Target Information
Clone 1135 recognizes SRC-1 (steroid-receptor coactivator-1). SRC-1 is part of a gene family involved in full transcriptional activation of the steroid hormone receptor superfamily and possesses intrinsic histone acetyltransferase activity. The protein has a molecular weight of 160 kDa and contains a basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH)-PAS domain.
