Target Information
TSG101-4A10 recognizes TSG101 protein, the product of a recently identified Tumor Susceptibility Gene whose inactivation in mouse fibroblasts results in cell transformation and tumor formation in nude mice.
The TSG101 gene encodes a 46 kDa protein containing a proline-rich domain and a leucine-zipper motif within a coiled-coil domain near the carboxyl terminus.
