Target Information
NOD3는 NOD (nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain) 패밀리에 속하는 단백질로, 선천면역 방어에 관여합니다.
NOD3는 NLR family CARD containing 3 (NLRC3)로도 알려져 있으며, 주로 면역계 특히 T 세포에서 발현됩니다.
T 세포 수용체 복합체 및 CD28 자극 후 발현이 크게 감소하며, T 세포 활성화를 조절하는 역할을 합니다.
또한 NOD3는 CD3/CD28 자극 또는 PMA/ionomycin 처리 후 NF-κB, AP-1 및 NFAT 전사 활성화를 억제하고, 활성화된 세포에서 IL-2 및 CD25 mRNA 유도 수준을 감소시킵니다.
