Target Information
CSF3R is the receptor for colony stimulating factor 3 (G-CSF), a cytokine that regulates granulocyte production, differentiation, and function. The protein belongs to the cytokine receptor family and may also play roles in cell surface adhesion or recognition processes. Four transcript variants encoding four isoforms have been identified — three membrane-bound and one secreted soluble form.
