Target Information
ZFHX3는 전사 억제 인자로서 AFP 유전자의 AT-rich core sequence에 결합하여 enhancer 요소를 억제합니다. 또한 MYF6 프로모터의 AT-rich 서열에 결합하여 근육세포 분화 조절에 관여합니다. 위암에서 MUC5AC 프로모터를 하향 조절합니다.
