Target Information
IRF3 (interferon regulatory factor 3)는 type I interferon (IFN)-의존 면역 반응의 주요 전사 조절 인자입니다. DNA 및 RNA 바이러스에 대한 선천 면역 반응에서 중요한 역할을 하며, IFN-alpha와 IFN-beta 및 IFN-stimulated genes (ISG)의 전사를 조절합니다. IRF3는 IFN-beta 유전자의 더 강력한 활성화 인자로 작용하며, IFNA/B 유전자 유도 초기 및 후기 단계 모두에서 핵심적입니다. 비감염 세포에서는 비활성 상태로 세포질에 존재하다가 바이러스 감염, 이중가닥 RNA 또는 toll-like receptor 신호에 의해 IKBKE 및 TBK1 kinase에 의해 인산화되어 활성화됩니다. 이 과정은 IRF3의 이합체화 및 핵 이동을 유도하며, CREB 결합 단백질과 결합하여 dsRNA-activated factor 1 (DRAF1) 복합체를 형성하여 type I IFN 및 ISG 유전자의 전사를 활성화합니다. IRF3 유전자 변이는 급성 감염 유발성 뇌병증과 관련될 수 있습니다.
