Target Information
HGS는 사이토카인 및 성장인자에 의해 매개되는 세포 내 신호전달에 관여합니다. STAM과 결합 시 IL-2 및 GM-CSF 자극에 의해 DNA 신호를 억제하며, PI3-키나아제의 직접적인 효과자로 작용할 수 있습니다. 초기 엔도솜을 통한 소포 경로에서 클라트린을 모집하여 단백질 수송을 조절합니다. 또한, 유비퀴틴화된 수용체를 클라트린 코팅 영역에 집중시키며, STAM과 복합체를 형성할 경우 다중소포체(MVBs)를 통한 수용체 티로신 키나아제의 하향 조절에 관여합니다. 이 복합체는 유비퀴틴을 결합하고, 유비퀴틴화된 수용체를 리소좀 분류 및 수송 과정으로 전달하는 정렬 기계로 작용합니다. HGS는 또한 SMAD 단백질을 activin 수용체 복합체로 효율적으로 모집하는 데 기여할 수 있습니다.
