CD84는 성숙 B 세포 및 다양한 B 세포주에서 발현되며, 형질세포주에서는 발현되지 않습니다. 조직 대식세포에서 강하게 발현되며, 혈소판에서 높은 수준으로, 말초혈액 T 세포에서는 낮은 수준으로 발현됩니다. 고도로 당화된 면역글로불린 초과족 단백질로, 백혈구 활성화에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
