Product Specific Information
- Reconstitution: Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double-distilled water (DDW) depending on sample size.
- Ships as lyophilized powder at room temperature.
- Upon arrival, store at −20°C.
- Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week.
- For longer storage, aliquot and freeze at −20°C.
- Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
- Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g for 5 min).
Target Information
This polyclonal antibody was raised in rabbit against GPR91 (Succinate Receptor 1).
It is unconjugated and suitable for assays such as IHC-P.
Specificity has been verified for human GPR91, and BLAST analysis of the peptide immunogen showed no homology with other human proteins.
