이 염소 유래 항-인간 IgG Fab Superclonal 재조합 2차 항체는 인간 IgG Fab의 경쇄(kappa, lambda) 및 중쇄 CH1 영역을 인식합니다. Fc 영역은 인식하지 않으며, 타 종의 면역글로불린과 교차 반응하지 않습니다.
재조합 항체는 특정 항체 유전자를 클로닝하여 발현 시스템에서 생산된 항체로, 높은 특이성과 로트 간 일관성을 제공합니다. Superclonal 재조합 항체는 개별 클론을 선별 및 조합하여 최적의 에피토프 커버리지를 확보한 항체 풀(pool)로, 향상된 성능을 제공합니다.
각 로트의 민감도와 특이성은 ELISA를 통해 검증되며, 사용 시 최적의 결과를 위해 적절한 희석 비율로 사용을 권장합니다.
