Target Information
NG2 (CSPG4) is a human melanoma-associated chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan involved in stabilizing cell-substratum interactions during early melanoma cell spreading on endothelial basement membranes. CSPG4 is an integral membrane proteoglycan expressed by malignant melanoma cells.
