CASK는 calcium/calmodulin-dependent serine protein kinase로, MAGUK (membrane-associated guanylate kinase) 단백질 패밀리에 속합니다. CASK는 시냅스에서 위치하는 스캐폴드 단백질로, FG syndrome 4, 정신지체, 소뇌 저형성증 등과 관련이 있습니다. 세포골격막 스캐폴드로서 신호전달 경로를 조정하는 역할을 합니다.
