Sampling Systems Viscous Sampler

The Viscous Sampler is ideal for sampling pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and foodstuffs. Its design has been perfected over years to allow rapid and efficient sampling. This tool is suitable for testing creams, shampoos, soaps, honey, and other semi-viscous materials.

The FEP/PTFE version is recommended for strong acids and applications requiring high chemical resistance.
The 316L Stainless Steel version offers excellent chemical resistance and uses a silicone seal.
The PP version is ideal for general laboratory and production sampling.

Easy to Use

To take a sample, simply insert the sampler into your product and pull the handle to collect the sample.
After sampling, push down the handle to eject the sample.
The sampler can be completely dismantled for quick and thorough cleaning.
