Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The ZFAND2B gene encodes a protein containing AN1-type zinc-fingers and ubiquitin-interacting motifs.
This protein may associate with the proteasome to stimulate degradation of toxic or misfolded proteins.
Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been observed.
