For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

This locus represents naturally occurring read-through transcription from the neighboring IQ motif containing J (IQCJ) and schwannomin interacting protein 1 (SCHIP1) genes.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants composed of in-frame exons from each gene.
The resulting fusion products are thought to be components of multimolecular complexes of axon initial segments and nodes of Ranvier, potentially playing a role in calcium-mediated responses.
