Takara Cassettes and Cassette Primers

The following cassettes can be used during PCR cloning of cDNA or genomic DNA. In addition to cassette-mediated PCR, these products can also be used as cassette primers for the sequencing of cloned DNA. Offered here as stand-alone products, these cassettes and cassette primers are also sold as part of the LA PCR in vitro Cloning Kit.
