Target Information
SSX2는 synovial sarcoma X (SSX) breakpoint 단백질 계열에 속하며, 전사 억제 인자로 작용할 수 있습니다. 이 단백질들은 암 환자에서 자발적인 체액성 및 세포성 면역 반응을 유도할 수 있으며, 암 백신 기반 면역치료의 잠재적 표적이 될 수 있습니다.
SSX1, SSX2, SSX4 유전자는 synovial sarcoma에서 특징적으로 발견되는 t(X;18) 전좌에 관여하며, 이는 염색체 18의 synovial sarcoma 전좌 유전자와 X 염색체의 SSX 유전자 간 융합을 초래합니다. 생성된 융합 단백질은 종양 형성 활성에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
