Target Information
TRMT2A 단백질은 아직 기능이 명확히 밝혀지지 않았으나, mouse Trmt2a 유전자와 상동성을 가지며 RNA methyltransferase 도메인을 포함합니다. TRMT2A의 발현은 세포 주기 동안 변동하며, 일부 유방암에서 비정상적인 발현이 바이오마커로 작용할 가능성이 있습니다. 여러 전사 변이체가 존재하며, 두 가지 다른 isoform을 암호화합니다.
