This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%) to avoid contamination.

Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information

NTRK3 (TRKC) belongs to the neurotrophic factor family essential for development and maintenance of the mammalian nervous system. Known substrates for TRK receptors include SHC, PI-3 kinase, and PLCG1. Isoforms differ in signaling properties. The protein is widely expressed, mainly in nervous tissue. Isoform B is more abundant in the adult brain compared to the fetal brain. TRKC undergoes ligand-mediated auto-phosphorylation and contains two immunoglobulin-like C2-type domains and two leucine-rich (LRR) repeats.
