Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
Factor I is a serine protease that regulates both the alternative and classical complement pathways. It is synthesized as a single-chain precursor (~88 kDa) and processed into an active form consisting of two disulfide-linked chains: the α-chain (50 kDa) and the β-chain (38 kDa). The plasma concentration is approximately 35 µg/mL.
