This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%) to avoid contamination.

Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select optimal production candidates.

Target Information

Kallikreins are a subgroup of serine proteases implicated in carcinogenesis. The novel KLK gene, KLK-L4, is expressed in tissues such as prostate, salivary gland, breast, and testis. Its expression is regulated by steroid hormones in breast cancer cell lines and may be involved in the pathogenesis and/or progression of breast cancer.
